Bray Wyatt, a former WWE Champion and two-time Universal Champion, passed away at the age of 36, leaving his fans in a state of mourning. His Hall of Fame induction was expected to happen in 2024, but it was delayed reportedly as WWE released a documentary titled, “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal” early this year. Now, all eyes are on next year’s HoF event, where the late legend might finally be given the honor he deserves. Here are four superstars who can induct Bray Wyatt into the Hall of Fame.
Randy Orton, who was part of the Wyatt Family, could be an excellent choice to induct Bray Wyatt into the Hall of Fame. Orton and Bray Wyatt had a successful tag team run, winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championship, and later feuded with each other. The two had dual WrestleMania encounters, with Orton beating Wyatt to win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 33, and later beating The Fiend to seal the victory at WrestleMania 37. Orton’s on-screen chemistry with Bray Wyatt was a huge hit among fans, making a memorable speech for his late friend would be a moment to relish for the fans.
Braun Strowman, who was brought into the Wyatt Family by Bray Wyatt in 2015, could also induct Bray Wyatt into the Hall of Fame. Strowman’s storylines with Bray Wyatt simply brought out the best in the Monster of All Men, making him a great choice to pay tribute to the late superstar. Strowman later feuded with Bray Wyatt for the Universal Championship, with the latter emerging victorious at SummerSlam 2020.
Bo Dallas, aka Uncle Howdy, could be another excellent choice to induct Bray Wyatt into the Hall of Fame. As Uncle Howdy, Dallas had a brief but scintillating tenure on TV with Bray Wyatt, and the two shared a special bond. Dallas is doing his best to keep the legacy of Bray Wyatt intact, and it would be an emotional moment for him if he inducted his brother into the Hall of Fame.
Finally, John Cena might be the best person to induct Bray Wyatt into the Hall of Fame. Cena, a 16-time WWE Champion, had words of praise for Bray Wyatt on Twitter after the late superstar’s documentary was released this year. Cena’s on-screen chemistry with Bray Wyatt was limited to a few matches, but their Firefly Fun House match at WrestleMania 36 is still remembered by fans. John Cena, who had inducted Kurt Angle into the Hall of Fame earlier, would bring a sense of credibility and nostalgia to the occasion.
