Survivor Series Aftermath: Who Will Make a Grand Return on RAW?

As the curtains closed on Survivor Series 2024, the WWE audience was left wondering if the biggest returns were saved for RAW. The event concluded with OG Bloodline and CM Punk celebrating their victory over Solo Sikoa’s team, leaving fans craving more. The women’s WarGames match, too, failed to deliver any surprises or returns, leaving room for speculation. Could the suprise returns be just a few episodes away? One thing is certain, the next five episodes of Monday Night RAW could be chock-full of thrilling returns.

Braun Strowman, the Monster of All Monsters, has been inactive for a while due to an injury. With Bronson Reed’s side losing at WarGames, Strowman could make a grand return to rub salt in their wounds. Alternatively, he might emerge to challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship. With Gunther’s latest defense still fresh in the minds of fans, a Strowman return could shake things up. WWE could book this return for Saturday Night’s Main Event or a forthcoming episode of RAW, which is set to move to Netflix in the near future.

Big E’s involvement in The New Day’s 10-year celebration could be the perfect catalyst to reconcile the tensions between Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Their disagreement has been brewing for a while, and a Big E return could be the catalyst for a happy ending. As one-third of the iconic group, Big E’s presence would undoubtedly bring the house down, making it an unexpected yet thrilling return.

Alexa Bliss, once a stalwart of the women’s division, has been absent due to pregnancy. With Becky Lynch also out of commission, the division is in dire need of fresh faces. Bliss’s return could be the perfect shot in the arm, allowing her to join The Wyatt Sicks angle or take on Liv Morgan for the gold. Her return would undoubtedly get fans excited, especially given her impressive track record in the ring.

CM Punk, the outspoken and intense competitor, will be opening RAW, having recently returned to action after a lengthy hiatus. While Punk has put his differences with Drew McIntyre to rest, The Scottish Warrior is likely still seething after their match. His return could coincide with Punk’s RAW segment, or he might choose to wreak havoc during The New Day celebration. McIntyre’s return could also see him challenging Gunther or Bron Breakker, as he transitions to a new rival.

Gunther, the World Heavyweight Champion, has insulted several WWE legends, including Goldberg at Bad Blood. With Gunther’s arrogance and lack of respect for his elders, a Goldberg return could be imminent. Goldberg could either confront or attack Gunther, setting up an eventual match for the World Heavyweight Title. This could go down at Saturday Night’s Main Event, RAW, or even next year’s Royal Rumble.
