Is Dominik Mysterio’s Time with The Judgment Day Coming to an End?

As tensions simmer between Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor, the thought of what’s next for The Judgment Day hangs in the balance. With the aftermath of Survivor Series, the seeds of discord have been sown, and the question on everyone’s mind is: is this the end of the road for Dominik Mysterio in the group?

It’s clear that things won’t be the same between Mysterio and Balor. Their bond seems to have frayed significantly, and the events following Survivor Series have made it evident that Dominik’s loyalty is no longer with The Prince. The fact that Balor didn’t even bother to inform Mysterio about his plans to cost Damian Priest the World Heavyweight Championship only adds fuel to the fire.

Meanwhile, Mysterio’s relationship with Liv Morgan appears to be the only one still holding strong. But even that could be subject to change, especially if Mysterio decides to chart his own course. Given that Morgan has already achieved her goal of turning Mysterio against Rhea Ripley, there’s a good chance that she might not have any more use for him.

There’s another factor at play here, and that’s Finn Balor’s seemingly growing jealousy of Mysterio. Despite being a part of The Judgment Day, Balor has yet to taste singles success, whereas Mysterio has already won the NXT North American Championship not once, but twice. Additionally, Mysterio’s recent victory over Damian Priest in a singles match only added salt to the wound, and it’s no surprise that Balor wasn’t happy about it.

It’s possible that Balor’s reluctance to work with Mysterio against Priest was motivated by a desire to keep his stablemate down. After all, why would he want to give him the credence of helping him win the World Heavyweight Championship? The fact that Balor chose to keep Mysterio in the dark about his plans only serves to further strain their relationship.

In the end, it’s hard to see how Mysterio stays with The Judgment Day for much longer. Unless someone from above makes a conscious effort to repair the damage, it looks like Dirty Dom’s days in the group are numbered. With his bond with Balor seemingly irreparable, and his relationship with Morgan already being tested, it’s only a matter of time before Mysterio makes a move to break free from The Judgment Day’s grasp.

For the time being, the tension within the group will continue to run high. With Balor’s jealousy and Mysterio’s growing frustration, it’s anyone’s guess what the future holds for The Judgment Day. Will they find a way to work through their differences, or will it ultimately lead to a breakup? One thing’s for sure: the stakes have never been higher.
